Prayer For Favor

Receive Holy Spirit Guidance

• Let Your Holy Spirit help us to pray because Your Word says that we do not know how to pray as we ought but that the Holy Spirit helps in our weaknesses and makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered (Romans 8:26)

• Let the Holy Spirit make intercession through and for us according to the will of God (Romans 8:27)

• Let the Holy Spirit guide us into all the truth and declare to us the things that are to come (John 16:13)

• Let the Holy Spirit baptize us fully as with the apostles, let tongues of Holy Spirit fire rest upon each of us and let us receive Your Holy Spirit power so that we are led by the Holy Spirit in everything pertaining to this life (Acts 1:5-8 & Acts 2:1-4)

Prayer For Favor

• Let Your Word not depart from our mouths, let us meditate on it day and night, so that we may be careful to do according to all that is written in it. For then You will make our way prosperous, and then we will have good success. (Joshua 1:8)

• Help us to be the righteous, that You would bless us O Lord. That You would cover us with favor as with a shield. (Psalm 5:12)

• Grant us the favor that lasts a lifetime. (Psalm 30:5)

• Be our sun and our shield. Bestow favor and honor upon us. Teach us to walk uprightly so that no good thing will be withheld from us. (Psalm 84:11)

• By Your favor, let our horns be exalted. (Psalm 89:17)

• Let Your favor oh Lord our God be upon us, and establish the work of our hands upon us. Yes, establish the work of our hands! (Psalm 90:17)

• Remember us, Lord, when You show favor to Your people, come to our aid when You save Your people. (Psalm 106:4)

• Help us not to forget Your teaching. Let our hearts keep Your commandments. Let them add to us length of days and years of life and peace. Let not steadfast love and faithfulness forsake us. Let them be bound around our necks, and written on the tablets of our hearts. Let us find favor and good success in the sight of God and man. (Proverbs 3:1-4)

• Help us to humble ourselves that we may receive Your favor. (Proverbs 3:34)

• Help us to find wisdom so that we may have life and obtain favor from You, O Lord. (Proverbs 8:35)

• Help us to seek You with all our hearts so that we may find You and so that Your good plans for us, to give us a future and a hope would be manifest in our lives. (Jeremiah 29:11-13)

• In the time of Your favor, Lord, answer us, and in the day of salvation help us. Keep us and make us to be a covenant for the people, to restore our land and to reassign its desolate inheritances. (Isaiah 49:8)

• In Your favor, show us compassion. (Isaiah 60:10)

• Help us to be humble and contrite in spirit, and to tremble at Your Word so that You will look on us with favor. (Isaiah 66:2)

• Cause every official to show us favor and compassion as You did for Daniel. (Daniel 1:9)

• We seek You favor, now, Lord, by turning from our sins and giving attention to Your truth. (Daniel 9:13)
